All teams arranging Exhibition Games with teams that DO NOT participate in the Central Region Ringette League (CRRL) must submit an Exhibition Game Sanction Form. CRRL teams arranging games with other CRRL teams do not need to submit this form. 

Teams that do not submit a form will not be sanctioned or insured and will play at their own risk.

• All forms must be approved by an association board member.
• A form must be filled out for each team traveling.
• All player and coach participants must be registered members of Ringette Nova Scotia.
• Any Player or Coach from the original team who is not attending must be listed as not attending.
• Any Player and Coach who is attending, but not on the original roster, must be listed as attending.
