Coaches have a unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of the young people they coach. They are uniquely positioned to connect with young people and help shape their character - to inspire them to grow and become their best.

A core part of a Ringette NS Excellence coach’s role is to support athletic development and strive for success in competition. However, Ringette NS is looking for coaches who also have a holistic approach to supporting youth development and who believe in positively impacting young people in their lives both inside and outside the rink.
