Jody brings a dynamic blend of experience, leadership, and passion to her role as Head Coach for Team NS. With over a decade of coaching experience, Jody has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to athlete development and team culture.

Since beginning her coaching journey at the U14 level, Jody has guided athletes at every stage - from U9 through 18+ - and has led elite programs including U16AA, U17, U19AA, and University-level ringette. Her success at both the provincial and national levels reflects her ability to build high-performing, character-driven teams.

Jody’s coaching philosophy centers on creating a high-performance environment that is safe, empowering, and focused on developing confidence, resilience, and leadership. Known for her collaborative approach, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering dedication to her athletes, she is committed to fostering a competitive and cohesive team that proudly represents Nova Scotia on the national stage.
